Prepare the Batter, in a bowl, mix wheat flour, powdered jaggery, grated coconut, and cardamom powder. add enough milk to form a smooth, lump-free batter.

Add Baking Soda, just before cooking, stir in the baking soda to make the batter light and fluffy.

Heat Appe Pan, heat an appe pan on medium heat and grease each cavity with a small amount of ghee.

Pour the Batter, carefully pour the prepared batter into each cavity, filling them halfway to ensure the appe have room to rise.

Cook Until Crispy, cook on medium heat, covered, for 3-4 minutes until the bottom side turns golden brown. flip and cook the other side until crispy.

Serve, remove from the pan and serve the crispy sweet wheat appe warm, garnished with additional grated coconut or nuts if desired. enjoy your delicious, healthy snack.
