Boil the milk, eat milk in a thick-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil.
Curdle the milk, reduce the flame to low and gradually add lemon juice while stirring. once the milk curdles and whey separates, remove from heat.
Strain the paneer, line a colander with muslin cloth, place it over a vessel, and pour the curdled milk. rinse paneer under running water, then tie the cloth and squeeze out excess water. hang for 15 minutes.
Knead the paneer, transfer paneer to a plate and knead for 3-4 minutes. add cocoa powder and knead again for another 3-4 minutes until smooth.
Cook the mixture, heat a non-stick pan and cook the paneer mixture on low flame for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously until smooth.
Add chocolate, turn off the flame, add semi-sweet chocolate chips, and mix until the chocolate melts completely.
Shape the sandesh, let the mixture cool for 5-10 minutes, knead lightly, and shape into 5 small balls. place chocolate chips in the center of each.
Serve and store, serve chilled and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
