Prepare the mixture, mix minced mutton, chopped onions, chilies, ginger-garlic paste, mashed potatoes, and spices.
Add spices and seasonings, add garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, breadcrumbs, and chopped coriander leaves.
Bind the Mixture, add breadcrumbs, chopped coriander, and 1 egg to bind the mixture.
Shape the cutlets, shape the mixture into round or oval patties, pressing them gently.
Coat the Cutlets, coat the shaped cutlets with breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
Fry the Cutlets, heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve, drain excess oil on paper towels and serve hot with mint chutney.
