Prepare the dough, mix wheat flour, salt, and water to knead a soft, pliable dough. cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Prepare the filling, in a bowl, mix Indori sev, onion, green chili, coriander, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and cumin seeds. adjust salt if needed.

Divide the dough, divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a small ball.

Stuff the paratha, roll out a dough ball into a small circle, place a portion of the sev filling in the center, and seal the edges by folding the dough over the filling.

Roll the paratha, gently roll the stuffed dough ball into a flat, even paratha, ensuring the filling doesn’t spill out.
