Prepare the filling, heat a pan, add grated coconut and jaggery, and cook on low heat until the mixture thickens.
Make balls, add cardamom powder to the filling mixture, mix well, and let it cool. shape them into small balls for the filling.
Prepare the syrup, boil sugar, water, and cardamom pods in a pan until the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens slightly. keep warm.
Assemble the pithe, take each coconut filling ball, dip it into the batter, and coat evenly.
Fry the pithe, heat ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat. deep-fry the coated pithe until golden brown.
Soak in syrup, place the fried pithe into the warm sugar syrup and let them soak for 5-10 minutes.
Serve, serve the Gokul Pithe warm or at room temperature as a delicious Bengali dessert.
