Prepare the Ingredients, peel and chop 2 cups of fresh pineapple into small pieces. peel a 1-inch piece of fresh ginger and set it aside. gather 1-2 tablespoons of honey and 1 cup of cold water or ice cubes.

Sweeten, if desired, add honey to the juice for sweetness. mix well to dissolve the honey completely.
Chill the Juice, transfer the juice to a refrigerator or add a few ice cubes to make it refreshingly cold.
Serve and Enjoy, pour the chilled ginger pineapple juice into glasses. garnish with a pineapple wedge or mint leaves and serve immediately for a healthy and flavorful drink.
