Prepare the marinade, mix hung curd, cream, cashew paste, spices, and lemon juice into a creamy marinade.
Marinate the paneer, coat paneer cubes in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat the pan, heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat.
Cook the paneer, cook marinated paneer cubes until golden on both sides.
Prepare the sauce, cook leftover marinade in the same pan until it thickens slightly.
Combine paneer with sauce, toss cooked paneer in the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
Garnish and serve, garnish with coriander and mint, serve hot with naan or rice.
