Whisk eggs & besan, in a bowl, whisk eggs, add gram flour, and mix well.
Add veggies & spices, mix in onions, tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, and salt.
Adjust consistency, add water gradually to make a smooth, pourable batter that should not be too thick or runny.
