Roast the Chana and Almonds, dry roast the roasted chana and almonds separately on medium heat until they turn slightly golden and aromatic. let them cool completely.
Grind the Chana and Almonds, once cooled, grind the roasted chana and almonds together into a coarse powder using a mixer or food processor. make sure the mixture is slightly coarse for texture.
Mix in Jaggery and Cardamom, add the powdered jaggery and cardamom powder to the ground mixture. stir well to combine, ensuring the jaggery blends with the powdered chana and almonds.
Heat Ghee and Combine, in a pan, melt 2-3 tablespoons of ghee. pour the melted ghee into the chana-almond mixture, mixing thoroughly until everything sticks together and forms a dough-like consistency.
Shape the Laddoos, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round laddoos using your hands. once done, let them cool and firm up.
