Here's how to make Chocolate Mousse using leftover rice at home.

Blend the rice, in a blender, add 1 cup of cooked rice and 1/2 cup of milk. blend until smooth and creamy.

Add Cocoa and Sugar, add cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla extract to the blended rice mixture. blend again until well combined.

Add Cream, pour in the cream, and blend for 30 seconds until the mixture becomes rich and smooth.

Heat Slightly, if you want a silkier texture, gently heat the mousse on a low flame for 2–3 minutes while stirring. do not boil.

Cool It Down, let the mousse cool to room temperature. this helps it set better in the fridge.

Chill, pour into serving bowls or glasses. refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm and chilled.

Garnish & Serve, top with choco chips, grated chocolate, or a dollop of whipped cream. serve cold.
