Prepare the Dough, in a mixing bowl, combine kuttu flour, grated paneer, mashed potato, cumin powder, rock salt, green chilies, and coriander leaves. mix everything well to form a soft, non-sticky dough.
Shape the Tikkis, divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into small, flat tikkis. ensure the tikkis are even in size for consistent cooking.
Preheat the Pan, heat a non-stick pan or griddle on medium heat. lightly grease it with a few drops of water if needed, but avoid oil.
Cook the Tikkis, place the tikkis on the heated pan. cook them on low to medium heat, flipping occasionally, until both sides are golden brown and crisp.
Monitor and Adjust, ensure the tikkis cook evenly without sticking. use a spatula to gently press them down while cooking for a uniform texture.
Serve your zero-oil kuttu paneer tikkis hot with mint chutney or yogurt for a healthy, delicious snack, perfect for fasting days or a light meal.
