Soak Ingredients: Soak 1 cup moong dal for 2-3 hours and grind ½ cup oats into powder.

Prepare Batter: Blend moong dal into a paste, mix with oats powder, and adjust with water to make a smooth batter.

Add Flavor: Mix in onions, chilies, carrots, coriander, cumin, and salt.

Heat Pan: Grease a non-stick pan with oil or ghee.

Cook Chilla: Spread batter in a thin layer and cook until golden on both sides.

Flip and Cook, on medium flame until the edges turn golden and crispy. flip and cook the other side until evenly done.

Serve Hot: Pair with mint chutney, yogurt, or ketchup for a healthy snack.
