Prepare the Ingredients, boil 1 cup sweet corn and coarsely grind it. mash 2 boiled potatoes and mix them with the corn. add 1 finely chopped onion, green chilies, ginger, and coriander leaves.

Season the Mixture, add spices like 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, salt to taste, and 2 tbsp rice flour or bread crumbs for binding. mix everything well.

Shape the Tikkis, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round, flat tikkis. ensure they are firm and even.

Shallow Fry the Tikkis, heat oil in a pan. place the tikkis and shallow fry them on medium heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Serve Hot, drain excess oil using paper towels. serve the crispy corn tikkis hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup for a perfect winter snack.
