Preheat the Oven, preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Transfer to a Baking Tray, carefully move the partially cooked uttapam onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Spread the Sauce, evenly spread tomato pizza sauce over the uttapam base, ensuring full coverage.
Add Toppings, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce, then add your choice of sliced vegetables. season with oregano, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
Bake, rizzle a little olive oil on top and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles, and the edges crisp up.
Garnish & Serve, remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, let cool slightly, then slice and serve hot as a unique fusion appetizer or light meal.
