Here'a how to make Masala Chai at home.

Boil Water & Spices, in a pot, boil 1 cup of water with crushed cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and black pepper. let it simmer for a few minutes to release the flavors.

Add Tea Leaves, add 1-2 teaspoons of black tea leaves to the boiling water and let it steep for 2-3 minutes.

Pour in Milk, add ½ cup of milk. let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Sweeten It, add sugar, honey, or jaggery as per taste and stir well until fully dissolved.

Strain & Serve, use a strainer to pour the chai into cups, removing tea leaves and spices.

Enjoy Your Masala Chai, serve hot and enjoy the aromatic, spiced flavors of homemade masala chai.
