Boil Water and Add Spices, bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot. add 1-2 crushed green cardamom pods, a small cinnamon stick, and a few saffron strands. let the spices simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
Add Darjeeling Tea, add 1-2 teaspoons of Darjeeling tea leaves to the pot. allow it to steep for about 3 minutes so the flavors infuse well.
Sweeten the Kahwa, add honey or sugar to taste, stirring to dissolve. adjust sweetness as per preference.
Strain and Serve, strain the tea into cups. garnish with a few slivered almonds or crushed pistachios on top, and enjoy your warm, aromatic darjeeling kahwa
