Gather Ingredients, you'll need fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, and salt.

Prepare the Herbs, wash the coriander and mint leaves thoroughly, then chop them roughly.

Blend the Ingredients, in a blender, combine the mint, coriander, green chilies, ginger, garlic, salt, and a little water. blend until smooth.

Adjust the Taste, add lemon juice to the chutney for tanginess, and blend again.

Serve, transfer the chutney to a bowl and serve fresh with snacks or meals.
