Here's how to make Coriander Tomato Chutney at home.

Saute the Ingredients, heat a little oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, garlic, and green chilies. saute for a few seconds.

Cook the Tomatoes, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy. let them cool.

Blend the Chutney, in a blender, add coriander leaves, cooked tomatoes, salt, and lemon juice.

Grind to a Smooth Paste, blend everything until you get a smooth chutney. add a little water if needed.

Serve and Store, transfer the chutney to a bowl and serve with dosa, paratha, or snacks. store in an airtight container for later use.
