Roast the Sweet Potato, bake or steam the sweet potato until soft, then peel and mash it.

Blend the Base, in a blender or food processor, add chickpeas, mashed sweet potato, and minced garlic.

Add Flavoring, pour in tahini, lemon juice, cumin, and a pinch of salt.

Blend Until Smooth, start blending while slowly adding olive oil and a little water to reach a creamy consistency.

Adjust Consistency, taste and add more salt, lemon, or water if needed for the perfect texture.

Serve, transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, paprika, or sesame seeds for extra flavor.

Enjoy, serve with pita bread, veggie sticks, or as a healthy sandwich spread.
