Roast the Flaxseeds, dry roast flaxseeds in a pan on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until they turn aromatic. let them cool, then grind them into a coarse powder.

Roast Wheat Flour, in the same pan, heat ghee and roast the whole wheat flour on low flame until it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.

Add Flaxseed Powder, once the wheat flour is roasted, add the flaxseed powder to it. mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes to blend the flavors.

Mix in Jaggery, turn off the heat and add grated jaggery or sugar to the mixture. stir until the jaggery melts and combines well with the mixture.

Add Dry Fruits and Cardamom, stir in the chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder. mix everything thoroughly to ensure even distribution.

Shape the Laddoos, while the mixture is still warm, take small portions in your hands and roll them into round laddoos. let them cool completely before serving or storing.
