Soak & Grind the Dal, soak moong dal for 4-5 hours, drain, and grind into a coarse paste.
Prepare the Batter, mix ground dal with green chilies, ginger, cumin, coriander leaves, and salt to form a thick batter.
Heat Oil, in a pan, checking the temperature by dropping a small bit of batter.
Fry the Vadas, shape the batter into small balls and fry until golden and crispy.
Drain & Serve, drain on paper towels and serve hot with chutney.
