Prepare the Dough, in a mixing bowl, combine millet flour, salt, and baking soda. add yogurt and knead into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Roll Out the Base, dust a surface with millet flour and roll the dough into a thin pizza base. use a fork to poke small holes to prevent bubbling.
Pre-Bake the Crust, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). place the base on a greased baking tray and bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly firm.
Add Toppings, spread pizza sauce over the crust, sprinkle cheese, and layer with veggies and herbs. drizzle with olive oil for extra flavor.
Bake & Serve, bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden brown. slice and enjoy your crispy, healthy millet pizza.
