Here's how to make delicious Chicken Baida Roti at home in just 8 easy steps.

Prepare the dough, knead wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt into a soft dough. let it rest for 20 minutes.

Make the chicken filling, saute onions, green chili, and spices. add minced chicken and cook until well done.

Roll the dough, divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin rotis.

Cook the roti lightly, heat a tawa and half-cook the roti on both sides.

Add the egg & chicken filling, place the roti on a pan, spread whisked eggs on top, and add the chicken filling.

Fold & seal, fold the roti from all sides to form a square or envelope shape, sealing the filling inside.

Cook until golden, drizzle oil and cook on low-medium heat until golden brown and crispy.

Serve & enjoy, cut into pieces and serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
