Heat oil or ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter, then add chopped onions and saute till golden brown.
Add chopped green chilies ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Now add chopped tomatoes turmeric red chili powder garam masala and salt Cook until tomatoes turn soft and masala releases oil.
Add crumbled paneer mix well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes so the flavors blend.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti bread or paratha.
