Prepare batter, mix 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup curd, water, salt, and baking powder into a smooth, thick batter.
Add vegetables, mix in 1/2 cup grated vegetables like carrots, spinach, or zucchini with turmeric and cumin powder.
Heat pan, grease a non-stick pan lightly with oil or butter over medium heat.
Cook Pancakes, pour batter onto the pan, spread gently, and cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden.
Serve, serve warm pancakes with chutney, ketchup, or a yogurt dip.
