Here’s how to make a protein-rich Lahori Paneer Korma in 8 simple steps.

Fry the Paneer, heat a little oil in a pan and lightly fry the paneer cubes until golden. set them aside.

Saute Onions and Spices, in the same pan, add cumin seeds and let them crackle. add finely chopped onions, green chilies, and cook until the onions turn golden brown.

Add Ginger-Garlic Paste, add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a couple of minutes until the raw smell disappears.

Incorporate Spices, mix in turmeric, red chili, and coriander powder. stir and cook the spices for about 2 minutes on low heat to enhance their flavors.

Prepare Almond-Yogurt Paste, blend the ground almonds with yogurt to form a smooth paste. add this to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Season and Simmer, sprinkle garam masala, salt to taste, and a little water if necessary to adjust the consistency. let the korma simmer for about 5-7 minutes.

Add Paneer and Cream, add the fried paneer cubes to the gravy along with the cream. stir well, ensuring the paneer is coated evenly with the korma sauce.

Garnish, the Lahori Paneer Korma with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan or rice for a delicious, protein-rich meal.
