Here's how to make protein rich crispy Dosa at home in just 7 easy steps.
Prepare Beetroot Puree, boil and blend beetroot into a smooth puree.
Blend Protein-Rich Dal,s oak chana dal or moong dal for 2-3 hours, then blend into a smooth paste.
Mix the batter, in a bowl, combine dosa batter, beetroot puree, blended dal, oats flour, cumin, black pepper, and salt. adjust consistency with water.
Preheat the Pan, grease a non-stick pan or tawa with a little ghee or oil and heat on medium flame.
Spread the Dosa, pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
Cook Until Crispy, let it cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Serve & Enjoy, serve hot with coconut chutney, mint chutney, or a protein-rich dal for a wholesome meal.
