Here's how to make delicious Beetroot Kebabs at home in just 7 easy steps.
Prepare the mixture, in a bowl, mix grated beetroot, mashed potato, crumbled paneer, chopped onion, and green chilies.
Add spices & binding agents, add ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, breadcrumbs, and cornflour. mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
Shape the kebabs, grease your hands with oil and shape the mixture into round or oval kebabs.
Coat & set, roll the kebabs in some extra breadcrumbs for a crispy texture. refrigerate them for 15-20 minutes to firm up.
Cook the kebabs, heat a pan with a little oil and shallow-fry the kebabs on medium flame until golden brown on both sides.
Drain & serve, remove the kebabs, place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil, and garnish with chopped coriander.
Enjoy, serve hot with mint chutney, onion rings, and lemon wedges.
