Here's how to make Pakistani Creamy Chicken White Karahi at home.

Saute the Chicken, heat ghee or oil in a pan, add chicken pieces, and saute until they turn white. add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
Add Yogurt and Spices, lower the heat and mix in whisked yogurt, salt, black pepper, and green chilies. stir well and let the chicken absorb the flavors.
Cook Until Tender, cover and cook the chicken on low heat until it becomes tender and the gravy thickens. stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Add Cream and Butter, pour in fresh cream, add butter, and mix well to give the karahi a rich, creamy texture. let it simmer for a few minutes.
Garnish and Serve, sprinkle chopped coriander, julienned ginger, and extra green chilies. serve hot with naan or roti for a delicious, creamy meal.
