Cook the rice, cook short-grain rice until fluffy and keep warm.

Assemble the bowl, place rice in a bowl and top with vegetables, protein, and egg in sections.
Add sauce and garnish, drizzle gochujang, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. mix and enjoy.
