Thicken the milk, as the milk reduces, scrape the sides of the pan and mix the thickened cream back into the milk. continue simmering until it reduces to half its original quantity.
Add coconut and sweeteners, stir in grated coconut, sugar, and condensed milk. mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
