Prepare the dough, in a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, mashed sweet potato, salt, and spices. add chopped coriander and a little oil, then knead into a soft dough.
Rest the dough, cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes for better elasticity.
Divide & roll, divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into thin circles using a rolling pin.
Cook on a hot tawa, heat a tawa and place a rolled paratha on it.
