Prepare the batter, in a bowl, mix besan, rice flour, chopped bathua leaves, green chili, cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
Add water, gradually add water to make a smooth, lump-free batter not too thick or runny.
Rest the batter, let it rest for 10 minutes to enhance flavors.
Heat a tawa, grease a tawa with oil or ghee and heat on medium flame.
Spread the batter, pour a ladleful of batter and spread it into a thin cheela.
Cook until crisp, drizzle oil on the edges and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Flip & cook, flip and cook the other side until crisp and cooked through.
Serve hot, enjoy with curd, mint chutney, or pickle.
