Prepare the apples, peel, core, and finely chop the apples into small pieces for a smooth texture.

Cook the apples, in a pan, add chopped apples and water. cook on medium heat until the apples turn soft.

Mash the apples, use a potato masher or blend slightly for a smoother consistency, leaving small chunks if desired.

Add sugar and lemon juice, stir in sugar and lemon juice, then cook on low heat while stirring continuously.

Thicken the jam, let the mixture simmer until it thickens and reaches a jam-like consistency about 15-20 minutes. add cinnamon for extra flavor.

Store and enjoy, let the jam cool, then store it in a sterilized glass jar. Enjoy with toast, parathas, or desserts.
