Here's how to make Palak Pakora at home.

Prepare the Batter, in a bowl, mix besan, rice flour, salt, turmeric, chili powder, and ajwain. Add water gradually to make a smooth batter.
Add the Spinach, wash and pat dry spinach leaves. dip each leaf into the batter, ensuring an even coat.
Heat the Oil, in a deep pan over medium heat. check the temperature by dropping a little batter it should sizzle and rise.
Fry the Pakoras, carefully drop the batter-coated spinach leaves into the hot oil. fry until golden brown and crispy.
Drain and Serve, remove pakoras with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Enjoy, serve hot with green chutney or ketchup and enjoy these crispy Palak Pakoras.
