Heat Oil, in a large pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

Add Vegetables, add chopped carrots, bell peppers, and any other vegetables you prefer. stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly softened but still crunchy.

Season with Sauces, add soy sauce, vinegar, and tomato ketchup to the vegetables. stir well to coat the veggies with the tangy sauce mixture.

Add Cooked Rice, gently add the cooked rice to the pan and mix everything together. stir continuously to avoid sticking, making sure the rice absorbs the flavors.

Adjust Seasoning, add salt and pepper to taste. you can add a little more soy sauce or vinegar if you want a stronger tangy flavor.

Stir Fry and Combine, keep stir-frying for a few more minutes until the rice is heated through and everything is well combined.

Garnish and Serve, with chopped green onions and serve hot. enjoy your tangy fried rice.
