Here's how to make Chilli Idli at home.

Prepare the Idli, cut leftover or fresh idlis into bite-sized pieces and set them aside.
Fry the Idlis, heat oil in a pan and shallow or deep-fry the idli pieces until golden and crispy. remove and drain excess oil.
Saute Aromatics, in a pan, heat oil, saute chopped garlic, ginger, green chilies, and onions until fragrant.
Add Vegetables & Sauces, add diced capsicum and saute for a minute. mix in soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, and vinegar.
Toss the Fried Idlis, add the crispy idli pieces and toss well so they absorb the sauces evenly.
Garnish & Serve, sprinkle spring onions and sesame seeds for garnish. serve hot and enjoy.
