Prepare batter, in a bowl, mix gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, ajwain, salt, and water to form a thick batter.
Coat eggs, dip each egg half into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated.
Heat oil, heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium flame.
Fry pakodas, carefully drop the coated eggs into hot oil and fry until golden and crispy.
