Dry roast sesame seeds, roast sesame seeds on low heat for 3-4 minutes until golden and aromatic. cool them on a plate.
Prepare Jaggery Syrup, melt jaggery with water on low heat, stirring until dissolved. cook until it forms a soft ball in water.
Add ghee and cardamom, stir in ghee and cardamom powder to the jaggery syrup for added flavor.
Combine sesame seeds with syrup, mix roasted sesame seeds into the hot syrup, coating them evenly.
Let the mixture cool slightly, cool the mixture for 1-2 minutes until warm enough to handle.
Shape the laddus, grease your palms with ghee, take small portions, and roll them into round laddus.
Cool and store, let the laddus cool completely and store in an airtight container.
