Here's how to make Malai Kofta at home.

Prepare the Kofta Balls, mix paneer, mashed potatoes, cornflour, salt, cardamom, and nuts. shape into small balls and deep-fry until golden brown.
Make the Gravy Base, heat butter in a pan, sauté onion puree until golden, then add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Cook the Tomatoes, add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates, then mix in all dry spices.
Add Cashew Paste, stir in cashew paste and cook for a few minutes to make the gravy rich and creamy.
Finish with Cream, pour in fresh cream, mix well, and simmer the gravy until thick and smooth.
Add the Koftas, gently place fried koftas into the gravy just before serving to keep them soft yet firm.
Garnish & Serve, with fresh coriander and extra cream. serve hot with naan or rice.
