How to make Chana Dal Kachori at home in 7 easy steps.

Prepare the Dough, mix flour, ghee, and salt in a bowl, adding water gradually to knead a soft dough. rest for 30 minutes.
Make the Filling, coarsely grind boiled chana dal. Heat oil in a pan, add fennel, cumin, and ground dal. mix in spices and cook till dry.
Divide & Roll, the dough into small balls, roll each into a small disc, and keep them ready.
Stuff the Kachori, place 1-2 tbsp of the dal filling in the center of each disc. seal the edges and gently flatten.
Roll Lightly, gently roll the stuffed dough into a slightly thick kachori without breaking it.
Deep Fry the Kachoris, heat oil on medium flame. frry the kachoris until golden brown and crisp.
Serve & Enjoy, drain excess oil and serve hot with tamarind chutney or mint chutney.
