Prepare the kofta mixture, mix soya granules, mashed potatoes, paneer, cornflour, and spices into a smooth dough. shape into small balls.
Fry the koftas, deep fry the koftas in hot oil until golden brown. drain on paper towels and set aside.
Saute Onions and Tomatoes, saute cumin seeds in oil, then add onions and cook until golden. add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, and cook until the oil separates.
Add cashew paste and spices, stir in cashew paste, turmeric, chili powder, coriander, and salt. cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring often.
Add cream and simmer, mix in cream, add water to adjust consistency, and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the gravy thickens.
Add koftas to the gravy, gently add the fried koftas to the gravy and let them soak in the flavors for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish and serve, garnish with cream and coriander. serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
