Prepare parwal, peel, slit, and scoop out seeds. rinse well.
Boil and sweeten, parboil parwal, rinse in cold water, and soak in sugar syrup.
Make filling, roast khoya with ghee, cardamom, and nuts. let it cool.
Stuff parwal, fill each parwal with the khoya mixture.
Garnish and serve, garnish with nuts or saffron and serve chilled.
