Here's how to make authentic Nepali Momo Chutney at home.

Roast Tomatoes and Chilies, heat oil in a pan, roast chopped tomatoes and dried red chilies until soft.

Toast Sesame Seeds , lightly dry-roast sesame seeds for a nutty flavor.

Blend Ingredients, in a blender, add roasted tomatoes, chilies, garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, salt, turmeric, and vinegar.

Grind to a Paste , blend until smooth, adding a little water if needed.

Cook the Chutney, heat oil in a pan, pour the chutney, and cook for 2-3 minutes for enhanced flavor.

Serve & Enjoy, let it cool, and serve with hot momos.
