Prepare the Tray, grease a tray with ghee and keep it ready for pouring the Mysore Pak mixture.
Make Sugar Syrup, dissolve 2 cups of sugar in 1 cup of water over medium heat. cook until it reaches single-thread consistency.
Add Gram Flour, gradually sift gram flour into the syrup, stirring well to avoid lumps and ensure a smooth mix.
Add Ghee, warm ghee in a pan and slowly mix it into the batter in batches, stirring continuously for even absorption.
Cook the Mixture, cook on low heat until the mixture thickens, becomes aromatic, and leaves the sides of the pan.
Set and Cool, pour the hot mixture into the greased tray, spread evenly, and let it cool slightly. cut into pieces once fully set.
