Here's how make Churma Ladoo for Maha Shivratri at home.

Prepare the Dough, mix whole wheat flour with ¼ cup melted ghee and knead a stiff dough using little water. shape into thick logs or discs for easy frying.
Deep Fry the Dough, heat ghee in a pan and deep-fry the dough pieces on low flame until golden brown and crisp. let them cool completely.
Crush and Grind, once cooled, crush the fried dough into small pieces and grind into a coarse powder using a blender or food processor.
Add Sweetener and Flavors, mix powdered jaggery with the ground mixture. add chopped nuts, cardamom powder, and desiccated coconut for enhanced flavor.
Bind the Ladoos, warm ¼ cup ghee and mix it into the churma mixture. shape the mixture into ladoos while it is still warm. adjust ghee if needed to bind properly.
Cool and Store, let the ladoos cool completely before storing them in an airtight container. enjoy these delicious, Maha Shivratri-special Churma Ladoos.
