Roast red chilies, roast dried red chilies in a pan for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. set aside to cool.
Saute onion and garlic, heat oil and saute chopped onion and garlic until golden brown.
Blend the ingredients, blend roasted chilies, sauteed onion, garlic, tamarind, and salt into a smooth paste.
Prepare tempering, heat oil, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter for a few seconds.
Mix and serve, pour the tempering over the chutney, mix well, and serve with snacks.
