Cook the lobia, pressure cook the soaked lobia with 2 cups of water and salt for 3-4 whistles until soft.
Saute the spices, heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter. add onions and saute until golden brown.
Add brinjal, add the cubed brinjal and saute for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
Finish with garam masala, add garam masala, stir well, and cook for 2 more minutes.
Garnish and serve, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
