Cook the Rice, rinse and drain the soaked rice. In a pot, cook it with 1 tbsp ghee for 2-3 mins on low heat.
Add Milk, pour in the milk, and bring it to a boil. simmer on low flame, stirring occasionally.
Sweeten It, once the rice is soft, add sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Add Nuts & Saffron, stir in chopped nuts and saffron strands for flavor and richness.
Simmer & Serve, let it simmer until thick and creamy. serve warm or chilled, garnished with more nuts.
