How to Make Herbal Tea for Curing Cold in 6 Steps.

Gather Ingredients, Collect fresh ginger 1-2 inches, sliced, a few fresh mint leaves, lemon half, juiced, honey, and water 2 cups.

Boil Water, in a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.

Add Ingredients, once the water is boiling, add the sliced ginger and mint leaves. Let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes.

Strain the Tea, after simmering, remove the saucepan from heat. Strain the tea into a cup to remove the ginger and mint.

Add Lemon and Honey, stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey to taste. Mix well until the honey dissolves.

Serve and Enjoy, drink the herbal tea warm to help soothe your throat and relieve cold symptoms. Enjoy your soothing herbal remedy.
